ABSTRACT

Adsorbtion of Cr (III) metal ion using dump of active sludge had been studied. Same

parameter of adsorption were determined suchas: the desorption mechanism, optimum

of pH, the rate and capasity of adsorption. The result showed that, desoption

mechanism of Cr(III) on dump of active sludge was dominated with kovalen coordinaton

mechanism although the other mechanism was available. Adsorption Cr(III) have been

optimum pH 2,9, with the adsorption rate k = 0,00002 menit‐1. the Equibility adsoption

the dump of active sludge was 117.60 ppm.
